The processes we go through to match you with a property include;-

1)We will make an appointment to discuss your requirements face to face,over the phone,or, if this is not possible we can use email for this initially.

2) We will then provide you with details of properties that match your requirements &provide any other information that you may require.

3) We discuss the processes we use to ensure  a tenancy can be approved and the costs involved for this. This will include a credit check and a series of  references, proof  of identity  and employment.

4) We will escort you on viewing's of the properties that you like. All properties will have been assessed as suitable for let, using our EMLAS criteria for safe and decent homes.

5) We will talk you through your contract requirements and answer any questions you may have. Our contracts are regularly updated, as legislation changes.

6) Once you have found your property, it takes about 10- 15 days to go through the processes for you to move in. Remember you may have to give your present landlord, one months notice.

7) We will ensure your deposit is registered in the “mydeposits “ scheme, so it is safe for you & you will receive a receipt to say so.

8) If  required we can also register your name for your utilities and council tax too.
