DASH = Decent & Safe Homes

This is led by the East Midland Landlord Association to ensure that
all homes rented out by private landlords are of a decent & habitable
standard.

We are accredited by EMLAS for our own properties & using these
guidelines we will advise & assist other landlords who we manage
property for, to maintain these standards too.

So tenants can be assured of a goods standard of  accommodation &
Landlords can be assured that their property will be kept this way.
